Anything else? Bring it to the discovery call.
No. It's coaching, grounded in clinical psychology, focused on your present life, for men who are functioning and ready to be challenged. If you need clinical treatment, please contact your GP.
Yes. What you share stays between us. I won't tell anyone you're working with me, or what we talk about, without your permission. The one exception: if I believe you or someone else is in serious danger, I'll act to keep people safe, and talk to you first wherever I can. Sessions aren't recorded, and any notes I keep are brief, stored securely and deleted on request. I may discuss our work anonymously in supervision or intervision. Never your name or anything that identifies you.
No. Most men who work with me arrive sceptical. Bring it to the discovery call. That's exactly what it's for.
You don't need a crisis to justify the work. If something feels off and you want to understand what, that's enough.
We start with what's present for you: what's unresolved, what keeps surfacing. We slow down and work toward what's true beneath the first answer you'd give. It's often uncomfortable. That's usually the point.
Usually within two or three sessions, because you've said something out loud you've been circling for years. I recommend the 5-session package for enough runway to do real work.
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a session. If it's not working, unused sessions in a package are refunded. The full payment and cancellation terms are at the bottom of the page.
Yes. All sessions are online, so I work with men wherever they live. We'll find a time that works across time zones.
Yes. Relationship problems, dating, sex, sexuality, identity: bring whatever is on your mind. Shame and guilt are never a problem with me. I listen without judgement.
Still have a question?
20 minutes. You show up as you are. I ask questions. You ask questions. I'll let you know what I can do for you. No commitment. Online, wherever you are.
